Is there anything else I should do while using Hydroxatone®?

Yes, while using Hydroxatone®, we do recommend that you maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for optimum results. Specifically, we suggest a balanced diet coupled with regular cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Furthermore, we suggest that you eliminate use of all tobacco products, as this can accelerate the deterioration of skin quality and increase the likelihood of wrinkles and undesirable contours in the skin of the face and body.

Are there any side effects with Hydroxatone®?

Hydroxatone® has not shown to have any side effects, short or long-term. Of course, as with any skin care product, you should consult your physician prior to use or if you develop any adverse reaction.

How do I use Hydroxatone®?

Simply follow the instructions and directions that are provided on each product label. For further information, please see our website at www.hydroxatone.tv.

How long will it take to see results?

Results build with continued use. A clinical study of Hydroxatone AM/PM Rejuvenating Treatment demonstrated that improvements continued through eight weeks of results. For optimal results, it is recommended that you use Hydroxatone® for a minimum of eight weeks.

How long will a supply of Hydroxatone® last?

Each jar of Hydroxatone® AM/PM as well as other products within the Hydroxatone® product line are developed to last for 30 days of daily treatments for the AVERAGE USER. Individuals who use Hydroxatone® more often than twice per day, and/or use the product broadly may require additional supplies of product within a 30 day period. For this reason, products can be ordered individually by calling our sales department at 1-800-679-7539 or by ordering online.

Has there been any research or testing regarding Hydroxatone®?

We will ship your order within 2 business days after the date it is placed.

How long before my order arrives?

Standard Delivery will arrive within 10-14 business days. Rush Delivery will arrive within 7-10 business days.

What do you charge for shipping and processing?

For most of our products, shipping and processing fee is $ 6.95 per shipment for Standard Delivery. For most of our products, shipping and processing fee is $12.95 per shipment for Rush Delivery. Additional shipping and processing rates may apply to larger sets of products.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US and Canada only.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you order is shipped to New Jersey we are required to charge sales tax. If your order is being shipped to any other state, you will not be charged sales tax.

Why is a credit card needed for "Try It Before You Buy It Risk Free Trial"?

We do offer our members the option of a Try It Before You Buy It Risk Free Trial of many of our products which offers the option of paying a small shipping & processing fee when you place your order, trying the product for 30 days and then paying the regular price via credit or debit card beginning 30 days after the trial period rather than paying the full price up front on the day you place your order.  The total purchase price is split to two payments 30 days apart to coincide with each one month's supply you receive.  This offer option is very popular. Hydroxatone® accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express.

How do I return a product?

If you are not completely delighted with any Hydroxatone® product, simply call Customer Service at (800) 672-2259 to receive a Return Number and arrange for the return of your products to return your shipment within 30 days of the date on your shipment invoice, return all the products within 30 days after receipt of the product and we will refund the product purchase price (less shipping and processing) even if the bottles and jars are empty.

What is a Return Number?

The Return Number is used to correctly track your return package. It is important to include the Return Number in your package so that your return can be processed correctly.

How long will it take to process a return?

From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your refund. Please keep in mind that your bank will post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to your account can slightly vary depending on how quickly your bank recognizes and posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "HYDROXATONE."
